The coffee is a juicy lot from Wamuguma in Kenya. Wamuguma is a wet mill operated by the Ritho Farmers Cooperative Society, which was founded in 1972 and collaborates with several other factories in the province. Wamuguma is named after a recognized local official named Muguma, known for his generosity and tireless support for the local community.
Kenya is a fantastic coffee destination, known for its powerful aromas, refreshing acidity, sweet berry flavors, rich mouthfeel, and clean, lingering aftertaste. The country also has a well-established and well-functioning auction system. The system at the Kenyan coffee auction is transparent in communicating where the coffee comes from, quality, bean size, as well as physical and taste quality. This coffee is especially good for cold brewing on hot summer days.
