Disc golf, or frisbee golf, is one of those fun activities where the level of seriousness can vary greatly. You can take a casual stroll in the woods with one disc, aiming for an agreed-upon target, or you can fill a specially designed bag with discs for every occasion and participate in organized tournaments.
KAFFA's Midrange is produced by Alfa Disc, and the Apollo model is manufactured in Norway, weighing 180g with a diameter of 21.1 cm. The Midrange disc suits all players, from beginners to professionals.
Much like regular golf, the goal of the game is to hit a basket/target with as few throws as possible. The sport started in the USA in the 1960s and has experienced enormous growth in recent years, largely because it's easy to get started. Both school-aged children and seniors can play frisbee golf, and it's something they can do together. In Norway, there are now over 60 courses in total. Check out where your nearest course is located via the UDisc app. Most courses are free, and you don't need reservations to play. Just show up with a disc and a good mood, but be careful not to throw at other players. Being hit by a flying disc can hurt terribly!
Tip: Write your name and phone number on the disc. It's not always easy to find it again, but the community is friendly and will usually notify you when it's found.
