This brewer from Hario is one such good experience. Grind coffee, fill the top with cold, fresh water. Sit down, read a book, or be mesmerized by the coffee dripping slowly but surely through the brewer – in one to two hours, the coffee is ready!
It's probably more practical to put it in the fridge overnight to wake up to perfectly brewed iced coffee ready for serving.
The brewer is an all-in-one package with all the parts you need included. Once the coffee is brewed, it can be served directly from the elegant lower flask.
This is a simple and easy alternative for making cold-brew coffee at home; the taste is milder than traditional pour-over. Delicious with ice cubes on warm days.
The method is also known as Dutch Coffee.
