Drip Assist is a useful tool that simplifies pour-over brewing with the Hario V60.
Two rings with holes in the Drip Assist allow water to drip precisely and correctly onto the ground coffee. This enables you to brew delicious coffee with precision, even without a gooseneck kettle at hand.
The Drip Assist fits all Hario 02 brewers, which brew 1-4 cups of coffee at a time.
We recommend first pouring water into the center to wet all the coffee, then letting it steep for about 30 seconds. Then you can pour the rest into the outermost ring and get an excellent brew every time.
