The Chemex ChemAer has some unique properties that make it a great combined coffee brewer and aerator. As you swirl the ChemAer, the paddles in the glass will break up and create a gentle cascade of coffee around the bottom of the brewer, sending the coffee splashing around, which causes the coffee to aerate and cool better. This gives you an opportunity to explore the nuances and flavors of the coffee after extraction.
