A light and sweet coffee with notes of apricot, black tea & toffee
The Banko Gotiti processing station receives coffee cherries from various farmers in the area. In Ethiopia, most cultivation takes place in semi-forest conditions, meaning coffee farmers have built their farms around wild coffee trees or prune and harvest coffee cherries from the woodlands near their homes. This is one of the reasons why Ethiopia is such a unique and special coffee country.
The coffee is processed by Eyasu Worasa and his team at Banko Gotiti, located in Yirgacheffe, southern Ethiopia. This lot is sun-dried on raised beds for 22 days.
