Hario in Japan has perfected manual pour-over brewers with their V60 series. Unrivaled and unmatched. Hario is the tool most professionals swear by, and for good reason.
The V60 pour-over brewer is a cone with a smooth round shape and a large hole at the bottom, which leads to even extraction and a consistent taste in the cup. Additionally, the brewer has spiral ridges along its inner wall. These ridges contribute to a more even extraction of the coffee.
With a little practice, this brewer will yield evenly extracted and incredibly flavorful brews with all types of coffee.
The ceramic brewers are produced in Arita, Japan, a town with over 400 years of craftsmanship tradition and made from the especially fine Arita yaki ceramic.
Respect for craftsmanship is the key to good coffee, from the farmer who grows the coffee to the ceramic maker who produces your brewing equipment.
