For the past 6 years, we have collaborated with local, Oslo-based artists to design new coffee bags. This year's design was created by illustrator and artist Renate Thor. The concept behind this design originated when Renate participated in a coffee cupping at KAFFA, where we were challenged to use paint and shapes to express our coffee experience instead of words. These paintings formed the basis for a visual language that she used as a starting point to create the design on the bags.
