The vacuum pot is an old brewing principle that has been used for over 50 years. This brewing method makes a brew as elegant as the brewer itself. You first fill the lower flask with water and light the included burner. When heated, the water in the lower flask rises to the upper flask where the coffee is added. Once the water has had sufficient contact time with the coffee, the heat source is removed, and the finished brew returns to the lower flask. This elegant brewer gives the user full control over the entire brewing process, and the vacuum pot produces an incredibly clean and sediment-free coffee brew.
