One of our early favorites was coffee from the Don Amado farm, known for its unique and fruity flavor profile. The quality of coffee from the farm has been consistently excellent since they won the Cup of Excellence in 2010.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eIn 2010, José Amado and his wife Sandra Trochez inherited the farm from his father, Don Amado Sr. They significantly expanded and improved the farm in the following years. Sadly, José Amado passed away in 2019, so Sandra now runs the farm with their four children. Here, she primarily cultivates Pacas, as well as red and yellow Catuai. After picking, the cherries are de-pulped and dry-fermented for 15 hours.
